Investments which represent the shareholding participation of ELETROBRÁS in the capital of electric power utilities, in which ELETROBRÁS is trying to enhance their financial and economic performance, with the objective of their future privatization.

What is the difference between the dividend paid to the ordinary and the preferred shares?
The preferred shares receive a minimum dividend established in the Company’s By-laws of 8% and 6%, respectively, to the preferred class “A” and class “B” shares. There is no minimum established dividend for the ordinary shares.
